Introduction

Welcome to Tactical Psychology which is my new website to allow me to connect with people who are searching for a life coach to help them improve their mental wellbeing and also motivate you to achieve your full potential in all aspects of your day to day life.

So you might ask yourself how is life coaching different from therapy? In general, life coaching helps people set and achieve goals for their lives while therapy, also called counselling, focuses on identifying and resolving challenging behaviours and habits.

Life coaching can take place in a much more casual environment, which many people prefer. Life coaches are not medically qualified personnel like therapists.

I do this through the following:

Setting targets

Setting targets and goals for my clients to reach is a very important part of solving my clients problems. I set individual and specific goals for each of my clients to meet depending on their problems. These goals act as milestones in a project, where meeting one signals success and progress.

Motivating

One of my main roles as a life coach is to motivate my clients.

If you lack the motivation to start new projects, overcome difficult problems or make decisions that might positively affect your life. I can provide motivation in a number of different ways. I can use research and data, inspiring stories and events or constant reminders to help motivate you my client.

Creating schedules

Having a schedule can help you to stay motivated and regularly work to improve the problems which you may face. I can schedule regular meetings, activities or phone calls to stay in touch with you, my client. I can also create a personalised plan for you. This can be a general plan, stating the general time to do activities or an in-depth plan that deals with specific problems
